
But the winter is also a time for looking to the future, and we think the farm's future is bright. We are planning for the farmers markets and trying to come up with more offerings for our customers. We already have turkeys laying eggs and will be soon be setting my first batch of eggs for next years Thanksgiving flock. I have started making other non-edible products as well, and now have homemade candles to offer and hope to increase the amount of soaps I make as well. Jeff is working hard speaking with chefs, restaurants, and businesses in hopes of increasing the visibility of our farm and bringing our delicious meats to more venues. Overall I see our farm heading in the right direction... Now if we could just get a snow blower for our tractor...
